Chris trained in landscape Architecture at Leeds Metropolitan University and has a prior degree in Landscape Management as well as an HND and ND in Landscape practice. He has travelled frequently on study trips in Europe and regularly attends lectures and seminars on current and developing trends affecting landscape.
He has been designing gardens and public space for over 12 years. Projects range from small back yards to parks and play areas. He believes that the concept of high quality design combined with rigorous project management within Cedar Hill continue to produce high quality projects. Chris is trained in Computer Aided Design and 3D computer modelling which we believe is essential to communicate our ideas to our clients and ensure the design can realised on site.
Chris is also passionate about being on site to oversee the project and enjoys the opportunity to get involved in the more technical side of construction.
Luke has worked in the landscape industry for 17 years and has managed many projects for Landscape design firms, groundworks firms, and builders. This has given him a wide and varied knowledge of different construction methods and specifications which help us to produce new exciting schemes.
Luke’s input at the early stage of a design project help to produce a project that is cost effective and feasible. His technical knowledge helps insure that designs meet client aspiration whilst falling within their budgetary constraints. Luke’s organisation and communication skills during the project prove paramount to producing schemes of high quality with the minimum disruption.
Luke is passionate about attention to detail in the construction phase which is essential to produce results of a high quality that will delight our clients for many years to come.
